Our studio Is in Frisco Texas! 

Price: $95/Hour

Our space is around 400 sq/ft of shooting space with variety of backdrops and prop options. Featuring a large window with natural light. Our Studio has been used for portraits, Newborn, Maternity, Families and corporate headshots. We have options to let your artistic style shine and be unique with each session. 

If you have been to our space before it has gotten even better! We did a facelift and put in all new trim for a full panel wall on one side of the room. upgraded baseboards and repainted to a brighter white. We also now feature a 9x12 Willow Canvas backdrop. 

Some of the props can be seen in the photos but there are also more.
Props include: Maternity Dresses, Newborn photography beanbag, newborn support pillow, newborn wraps and baskets, Variety of chairs and décor for a unique setup each time. Chairs, Couch, Stools, Step ladder, Wooden Crates, Floral and greenery.

There is a restroom accessible in the rear corner of the room and also connects to the adjacent room that can be used for outfit changes.

About the space

Rules

This space is open and spacious however it is our family home. My husband and I are photographers and just ask that our house is respected as we respect your time. If you need anything please let us know and we are more than happy to help.

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. 

MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
